ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING

Some routine telephone appointments are available for online booking. Please note that all appointments are BY TELEPHONE ONLY unless advised otherwise by a clinician. You will contacted at some point during the day and not at the time of the booked appointment

Please enter a reason for your appointment in the space provided ie Fit note, medication query etc. It is important for us to know the reason for your telephone appointment so that you can be moved to the appropriate list if necessary as we have specific lists for medication and Fit note queries.

VIDEO APPOINTMENTS

The doctor/advanced nurse practitioner may decide that they would like to video call you for an appointment.  The practice currently uses a service call AccuRx for this, which is recommended by NHS England and is therefore a secure service to use.  For information on what happens and what you need to do when you receive a video consultation invitation please click here.
