Primary Care and community care blood test service
Although the shortage of blood bottles has now eased we are still limited to the appointments we can book into the Parkside phlebotomy clinic due to the availability of the community phlebotomists who run the clinics.
We would ask you to book into one of the local hospital phlebotomy clinics if you are able by visiting https://www.swiftqueue.co.uk/. They are currently booking appointments for routine tests for early November. If your blood test is more urgent you could ring the hospital phlebotomy clinic to check if they have had any cancellations. If you would like to make a complaint about this please contact Patient Advice & Liaison Service for NHS Derby and Derbyshire CCG on 0800 032 32 35 or Text mobile facility on 07919 466 212 or Email: [email protected]
